These terms apply to your use of the AdvisorRank.ai website, including the free AdvisorRank scan. By using the website, you agree to them. Paid projects are governed by the Service Agreement.

1. The free scan

• Only scan websites you own, manage, or are authorized to evaluate.
• The scan reads publicly available pages and reports what it observed. It may miss content that loads only with scripts, sits behind a login, or isn’t linked from the homepage.
• The AdvisorRank Score combines the results of a small set of ChatGPT searches we run for your market with an automated review of your website. It is a snapshot of those searches and pages on the day of the scan, not a ranking, and it does not measure every search, platform, or location where prospective clients may look for you.
• Results are provided “as is” for informational purposes and may change as your website changes.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use the website to scan sites you aren’t authorized to evaluate, overload or probe the service, attempt to access private networks through it, or interfere with its security. We may limit or block use that appears abusive.

3. No guarantees

Search engines and AI tools control their own results. AdvisorRank does not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, citation, traffic, or business result, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the search platforms named on this website.

4. Not investment, legal, or compliance advice

AdvisorRank is a marketing service. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, or regulatory compliance advice. Your firm remains responsible for its own compliance obligations.

5. Intellectual property

The website’s content, design, and scanner are owned by AdvisorRank. Your scan results are yours to use for your firm.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdvisorRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the free scan.

7. Changes and contact
